Clarity before
technology.

AI is moving fast. You don't have to chase all of it. Caissie Solutions helps small businesses and organizations figure out where AI actually makes sense, what to do first, and how to help people use it well.

Practical guidance for small business owners and everyday organizations.

A better place to start
01
What problem matters?Start with the work, not the tool.
02
Are we ready?Your team, your tools, your time.
03
What's worth testing?Choose a useful, measurable first move.
Clearer decisions.
Smaller bets.
Better learning.

You probably don't need more AI tools.

You need a clearer way to decide what's worth doing.

THE REAL QUESTION

What would free up more of your time for the work you actually want to do?

Most business owners aren't short on ideas. They're short on time, and unsure which changes are actually worth making.

Which parts of your day could run more smoothly? Or, where does a better system buy back real hours, whether or not it uses AI? What's worth changing, and what's fine as it is?

That's the work Caissie Solutions is built around.

CONSULTING SERVICES

Move from “we should do something with AI” to a sensible next step.

PROVE Assessment

The product-manager move: find the real problem before anything gets built. A structured go/no-go readiness assessment across five gates (Problem-fit, Readiness, Organizational Capacity, Viability, and Exposure), built on stakeholder discovery and a workflow review. You leave with a written verdict, not a vibe.

02
DECIDE

"Should We Be Using AI?"

Once the problem's scoped, get the room aligned on what's actually worth doing. A working session for leadership or board teams, on-site or virtual, with plain-language grounding in what AI can and can't do, mapped against your organization's real priorities. You leave with a priority use-case shortlist.

03
DELIVER

Strategy, Roadmap & Advisory

For organizations with a PROVE verdict already in hand: turning it into a sequenced roadmap, prioritizing use cases, testing one real workflow, or having a thinking partner through vendor evaluation and rollout.

02

AI Literacy Training

Using AI tools responsibly and with good judgment, plus where AI can genuinely lighten the workload.

THE PROVE FRAMEWORK

Before you invest in AI, prove the idea deserves the investment.

PROVE is Caissie Solutions' readiness lens for evaluating an AI product, feature, workflow, or use case. It scores five gates from 1 to 5 and ends in a written verdict with a clear recommendation: GO, CONDITIONAL GO, or NO-GO.

P

Problem-fit

Is there a real problem AI is suited to solve here?

R

Readiness

Do your data, tools, and workflows support it today?

O

Organizational Capacity

Does your team have the time and skill to run it?

V

Viability

Does the cost and effort pencil out against the payoff?

E

Exposure

What's the risk if this goes wrong, and can you carry it?

HOW WE WORK

Not tool-first.
Not hype-first.
Problem-first.

Curiosity before conclusions.

We ask better questions before we recommend better tools.

Small tests before big bets.

You'll know what works in your organization before you commit real time or money.

Capability, not dependency.

Your team should understand what got built, why it matters, and how to keep running it.

Judgment stays human.

AI can support the work. People stay responsible for the decisions, the context, and the consequences.

ABOUT CAISSIE SOLUTIONS

Built by someone who has spent a career inside real products, systems, and change.

Alicia Anderson, Founder

Alicia spent 26 years building and leading products, systems, and teams in education technology, most recently as a Director of Product Management. That work was never really about the technology; it was about figuring out which problem was actually worth solving before anyone built anything.

Caissie Solutions grew out of that same instinct. Most organizations don't have a shortage of ideas about AI. They have a shortage of a disciplined way to find the right problem first. That's the product manager's job, and it's the job Alicia brings to every engagement: not “what can AI do,” but “what's actually worth doing, and is AI the right way to do it.”

Clarity before technology isn't an anti-technology position. It's how technology earns its place.

START WITH THE QUESTION

Where would AI actually help?

You don't need to arrive with a use case, a tool list, or a polished AI strategy. Bring the business problem. We always start there.
